Zero waste
At m3béton, our goal is simple but essential : to achieve zero waste.
In this article, we will explain how we achieve this, focusing on the use of Ductal®, a revolutionary material, and the reuse of our molds, while presenting some concrete examples of our eco-responsible approach.
Turning the remains of concrete into local products
At m3béton, we have adopted an innovative approach to minimize waste in our production process. All the remaining concrete from our projects is carefully collected and recycled into beautiful products that find their place in local shops. We believe in supporting our community and contributing to the local economy. By transforming these residues into quality objects, we actively participate in reducing waste while offering unique products to our customers.
Lighten concepts with design with the Ductal®
One of the pillars of our zero waste approach is the use of the channel. Ductal is a material that reduces the amount of concrete required for each project thanks to its incredible resistance. This means that we can obtain solid structures by using less raw materials, which contributes to the preservation of the environment.
In addition, the channel requires less water during its manufacturing process, making it a more environmentally responsible choice. Less water also means less energy consumption for drying, which reduces our carbon footprint. By opting for ductal, we are resolutely committed to a sustainable construction approach that respects the planet.
